HAYLOFT: This particular project saw us work together with a number of suppliers to assist our customer with a barn conversion. Our team was asked to provide all carpentry services on this project, which included the fitment of a new kitchen, staircase, laying of oak flooring, installation of roof and beams and more. We were also asked to design and create bespoke built-in wardrobes for the property that suited the originality of the building.
As part of this project, Matt was also able to salvage some of the elm, ash and oak wood from the roof and roof beams and produce a beautifully handcrafted bench. After carefully selecting the best pieces to use from the remnants that were being removed, Matt’s bench took pride of place as a window seat which you can see in the photos below. We were also asked to design and build the outside decking for the property and source and install all windows.
