M.L.Roberts Property Maintenance is proud of the service we provide. And we’re also proud of supporting local initiatives and helping develop local talent within and around West Dorset. We support local business, we partner with local groups and associations, and wherever we can – we use locally-sourced supplies.
We are also strong supporters of the National Apprenticeship Service – a service which is part of the Skills Funding Agency and the government agency that coordinates apprenticeships in England, enabling young people to enter the skilled trades. As a result, Matt has had the privilege of working with a number of talented young people who are looking to develop their skills within a particular trade – to empower them to drive their own careers and develop their futures.
Under the watchful eye of Matt, all those who work with him are carefully trained on specialist skills required in carpentry, installation of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, general building maintenance and more. It is important to us that all those who work in the team feel empowered and leave with a sense of accomplishment and understanding – in order to go on and develop their own careers independently.
Apart from the Apprenticeship scheme, we also sub-contract with local painting and decorating service providers – to be able to provide you with a comprehensive solution to your property requirements.
